​Constructed in 1887 by Frank Hill

This historic Victorian was built by Frank Hill, a local hardware merchant, in 1887.  It accommodates guests comfortably with high ceilings, two sitting rooms and a screened in porch. Set back from the road, it offers a quiet retreat while only a 1/4 mile from Rt. 3, shopping, and dining. Major lakes and mountains are 15 minutes east, west, and north. Neighborhood

​Riverfront Park is across the street and offers piers for fishing, a gazebo, and a wonderful place for morning yoga. It sits on the banks of the Winnipesaukee River, with hiking trails and kayaking opportunities. A neighborhood microbrewery is 2 blocks west. Historic downtown Tilton is two blocks east and features a unique train yard, island park, and a great local diner.
