Accommodation
There are four bedrooms on the second floor; three are located at the top of the main staircase. One is located at the back of the house, at the top of the back staircase.
Fresh towels can be found in the closet next to the bathroom in the upstairs hallway. Fresh linens have left for you on each bed. We ask that you strip the sheets before leaving and place them in the laundry basket in the upstairs hallway.
There is a large, newly renovated kitchen, a dining room, a front parlor, family room, and half bath on the first floor. There is also a nice side porch with twinkle lights which gets a nice breeze.
Heat
Heating System
The thermostat is located in the living room. It is set to come on when the temperature drops below 65.
Gas Fireplace
There is a gas fire place in the dining room that heats the space faster than turning up the heat. At the base of the unit is a small door that drops down to reveal controls. First press Continuous Pilot on the left. After the pilot is lit, press Main Burner on the right.
Equipment
The WIFI is and a ROKU connected to the TV that offers you the internet, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime or any other of your favorite subscription streaming platforms.
There is a Weber charcoal grill outside the door that leads out of the kitchen to the side yard. It is there for your use.
